How many children's tables and chairs?
We have 4 children's foldable tables which can seat up to 16-24 (depending on layout), and 23 children's chairs. We also have 9 adult chairs.
How many serving tables?
We have one large fold out table and one slim size fold out table. Additionally there are other kid height tables that can also be made use of.
What can we use?
You are welcome to use the toys inside apart from consumable craft items. The upper sandpit also has outdoor toys that you are welcome to use. Three swings will be available for use.
What facilities does the kitchen have?
The kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove top with two hot plates, hot water dispenser and three sinks. Please note food items in the pantry are not included in the hire.
What are the toilet facilities like?
There are two children's toilets, one adult/disability toilet, a low sink for the children, baby change table and raised shower.
Is there a nursery?
There is a quiet room with two cots and a nursing arm chair.
How many people can we have?
Up to 80 people
What does the cleaning fees cover?
The cleaning fee covers vacuuming and mopping the main floors and kitchen, and also bleach cleaning and mopping the bathroom room.
What can affect the bond?
Not removing rubbish from the site, or being vigilant to collect any small pieces of ballon (choking hazard). Not the sandpit or return toys and furniture to original location. Use of consumables or damage to the property. Details listed in 5.10 of the Terms and Conditions.
When will I receive the bond back?
Payments are made on the 15th and 30th of each month. Your bond will be returned at the soonest repayment date.
Will I receive the bond back if I have to cancel?

Wish to change your booking?
If you need to cancel your party 72 before date of hire we can offer you alternative days based on availability. This offers will stand for up to 3 months after original booking date.
